For this project in Lightwater, we completely transformed the site by demolishing an existing bungalow and replacing it with a stunning, five-bedroom home, designed for modern, sustainable living.

Spanning 4,500 square feet across three floors, the property was meticulously designed and built, with the interior design handled by our in-house team, ensuring that every detail was crafted to the highest standard.

Built with energy efficiency at its core, the home is powered by solar panels and heated by an air source heat pump, making it a fully gas-free, eco-friendly dwelling.

Inside, the open-plan layout combines luxury and functionality, featuring sleek internal pocket doors and expansive external sliding doors that invite natural light throughout the home.

The bespoke kitchens and bathrooms were designed with a focus on elegance and practicality, while additional features like the dedicated gym add to the home’s modern appeal.
