Here we undertook a full demolition and rebuild of a semi-detached house, carefully managing the structural integrity of the neighbouring property throughout.
This required precise planning and execution, as we supported the neighbouring house during the rebuild to ensure its stability.

The project presented further unique challenges as it began just before the Covid-19 lockdown, but our team adapted and worked through difficult circumstances to keep the project moving forward.

Despite these obstacles, we successfully delivered a brand-new, beautifully designed five-bedroom, four-bathroom home.

We worked closely with a renowned interior designer to create a bespoke, luxurious finish throughout every room, ensuring the home was as beautifully crafted inside as it was out.

We also built a new garage to enhance the functionality and curb appeal of the property. The outdoor spaces were thoughtfully designed with both hard and soft landscaping at the front and back of the house, creating attractive, low-maintenance gardens that complemented the home’s contemporary look.
